Mouse-over on a post link triggers an event listener, which calls the function at line 1116 of main.js.

It so happens that main.js was compiled 23 hours before Q returned.

At 21:47 the night before.

To confirm this, right click to "inspect element" over a post link.

Look for event listeners and find mouse-over.

You will (likely) find a link to line 1116 of main.js.

Click that.

Scroll to the top for the top comment that includes the compile timestamp.

Of course this is not a complete answer to that question.
