I just heard this detail today, ilew under the radar here. Canadian was carrying a pellet gun on a public street when shot by police.

Schools had locked down after reports of a man carrying a rifle in the area. Haven't seen a picture if it is a scary black rifle look alike or an old fashioned break in half .177 pump.
