That all may be true. I've taken on druggies in my apt. complex and I learned FROM COPS just how compromised the police force is.
But here's how it works. The city fathers want to paint a perfect picture of the city to draw in business and families.
So they tell the county attorney, no talk of gangs, drugs, crime.
HE tells the chief of police, no arrests, especially of ethnics.
So, cops cannot do their job.
They obey and comply, just like normies who got jabbed. Or they lose they jobs.
So now, who you gonna vote for locally?

Make your bread comfy with basic filters! You can get tons of mileage with basic filters that don't require learning REGEX.
1) Click Options on the top right of the screen which pops up a window
2) Click Filters on the bottom of the navigation pane
3) Select Comment from the drop down
4) Enter the string you want to filter.
It will filter exactly what you enter in there. Unfortunately "stop" is not the same as "Stop" or "sTop". But there is an easy way around that if this is a problem.
Pro-tip: You can enclose multiple tokens in brackets and it will do either such as:
[Dd][Oo]][Gg]
This will filter dog, Dog, dOg, doG etc etc
