Their plan to have 500,000 troops ready within 180 days can’t be completely implemented until possibly 2028? The leadership in Brussels is still worried about the arms control agreements the U.S. walked away from under the Trump administration? The erosion of the arms control, disarmament and non-proliferation architecture has negatively impacted strategic stability? The Russian Federation’s selective implementation of its arms control obligations and commitments have contributed to the deterioration of the broader security landscape?
