The US dollar can’t stay propped up for long, me thinks.

Any economist type anons know what might happen if/when the US dollar collapses?

Will it be post WWI Germany where our currency is worthless and everyone is wiped out, or will there be a reset where US dollars can be exchanged for a new currency at a reasonable rate?

Would silver or gold be a good haven to have a tangible asset vs keeping US reserve notes?
