Police now say Indiana Republican Rep. Jackie Walorski was a passenger in SUV that crossed the center line and hit another driver head on in crash that killed her:Aide, 27, was behind wheel

Indiana cops have changed their description of crash that killed Rep. Walorski

They say the SUV driven by her aide Zachery Potts, 27, crossed the center line

The car then hit another vehicle head-on near the town of Wakarusa

Edith Schmucker, 56, the driver of the other vehicle, was also killed

Walorski's communications director Emma Thomson also died in the collision

Indiana's statehouse on Thursday mourned the beloved lawmaker's passing
