Obviously she’s not officially acting as Secretary, but maybe she’s doing the SOSs job because the official SOS is incompetent? That’s what happens when you fill critical positions with diversity hires instead of basing hires on actual qualifications. Essentially what happens is the diversity hire is just another warm body getting paid to attend meetings, providing entertainment to the higher ups who silently laugh at diversity hire’s blatant ignorance of whatever subject matter is being discussed. All the while someone else, a competent person, who is often mistreated and skipped over for promotions because of muh diversity, is forced to pick up the slack and to bare the burden of his/her actual job as well as the burden of the diversity hire’s job. What a system!
