To China and President Xi Xinping,

If you believe that a war between Taiwan and the United States will end in your victory, you are sorely mistaken. A preemptive strike against any United States interest or ally will be returned with the utmost resolve. We will not use conventional nor nuclear weapons. We will ensure your decision will be the last, indefinitely.

Make no mistake, the world is watching. A multinational response has been confirmed, with three nations offering classified project weaponry as a deterrent. Chose wisely over your decisions, as your efforts to overtake sovereign nations will not be allowed to occur without overwhelming force.

This is your first and final warning, as an act of good faith. We ask you to send an envoy to the ambassadorship to discuss your military’s dismissal inside the areas surrounding Taiwan.

To the Sovereign Taiwan,

The United States and our allies have made a decision to defend your country in the event that China makes the first move. As you can surmise, a response may never be made preemptively. In the event China makes the mistake to strike you or your interests, know that our response will not be of equal magnitude. It will be massive and final. China will cease to be a nation, if they do choose to continue.
