The Convention of States, which has accrued 19 state legislatures so far, and another one coming up this month, proposes Constitutional Amendments for term limits and for Federal zero-based budgeting, with balanced budgets every year. Need 14 more states to sign on for this to get rid of the swamp creatures for life, and for responsible budgeting.
