That is correct as we have been told.
However I have a problem with the idea that only Q can use a tripcode (and BOs/BVs of course).
That means we have no transparency to what is being used and we have no way of knowing if a flapjackk/OSS type moran BV has disabled them for Q.
Trips on or off for all. Call me a fuckin' libertarian.
