It’s a Mystery: Police Watchdog Claims It Can’t Find Out Why Cops Dropped Investigation Into ‘Asian’ Rape Gangs

The official police watchdog has claimed, after two years of investigation, that is has been unable to find out why Greater Manchester Police (GMP) dropped an inquiry into ‘Asian’ rape gangs that identified almost 100 suspects.

The Independent Office of Police Conduct (IOPC), which is supposed to invigilate law enforcement in England and Wales, launched an investigation into three Mancunian officers following the publication of a grooming gangs inquiry commissioned by city mayor Andy Burnham which — like other inquiries before it — found that council officials, social workers, and police officers had failed the mostly white victims of mostly Muslim, South Asian heritage grooming gang rapists, in part due to politically correct fears around the issue.

However, the watchdog has now discontinued its investigations into the trio, referred to them by GMP after the Burnham-ordered inquiry, and claimed it has been “unable to determine” why a police inquiry into grooming gangs, Operation Augusta, was shut down despite having identified 57 victims and 97 potential suspects.

“Despite significant efforts, we were unable to determine who took the final decision to close Operation Augusta in July 2005, nor the rationale for doing so,” the IOPC said of the inquiry, which was launched in 2004 after 15-year-old rape gang victim Victoria Agoglia, who reported being sexually abused and injected with heroin to the authorities but was not helped, died of an overdose.

Steve Noonan, Director of Major Investigations at the IOPC, said that his organisation had “gathered and reviewed a significant amount of evidence, which helped us understand some of the actions taken” but that, ultimately, they were “not able to locate evidence showing who took the decision to close Operation Augusta and, more importantly, why.”

The IOPC claimed that challenges they faced included “the passage of time; a lack of available records of meetings and decisions taken at that time; and the fact some former GMP-employed police witnesses were either unable or unwilling to engage with our investigation.”

While Members of Parliament (MPs) could conceivably launch their own inquiry into the scandal and command these “GMP-employed witnesses” to appear before them on pain of being found in Contempt of Parliament, the IOPC made no such suggestions — and MPs themselves seldom tackle the issue of grooming gangs, preferring to leave it to local government and local newspapers.

Indeed, Breitbart London contacted the then-five contenders to succeed Boris Johnson as Tory leader and Prime Minister in July after Labour councillors blocked a call from Tory councillors for an inquiry into grooming gangs in Oldham to ask if they would commission one, and not one of them responded.

Breitbart London also asked the IOPC if it had “ever found fault with or recommended sanctions against specific officers” following grooming gang inquiries after this latest investigation into GMP officers was dropped, but this inquiry has also been ignored.

Director Noonan did say that the IOPC had “identified several areas of potential learning for GMP to consider” in its official statement on its investigation being dropped, but a downgrade from the standard ‘lessons have been learned’ line following grooming gangs scandals to ‘lessons could be learned’ is likely to prove cold comfort to victims.

Gov’t database reveals 10,000% increase in cancer reports due to COVID vaccines

Researcher Brian Shilhavy compared VARES reports of cancer after COVID vaccine injections over the last 20 months with the same query of all FDA-approved vaccines throughout the last 30 years.

A researcher who queried the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) discovered a 10,661.4% increase in cancer reports as a result of experimental COVID-19 gene-base vaccines as compared with all FDA-approved vaccines over the last 30 years.

Brian Shilhavy, who is the editor of Health Impact News, traced his steps in the search providing links to documentation of his various findings.

Having first queried the cases of “the most common cancers [that] had been reported following COVID-19 vaccines,” he found “837 cases of cancer, including 88 deaths, 66 permanent disabilities, and 104 life threatening events (Source).”

He emphasized that even these numbers were not exhaustive, and the VAERS database could not handle the larger search of “ALL cancers listed in VAERS” under this category of COVID inoculations.

“Using the exact same search terms for cancer,” he wrote, “I then searched ALL FDA-approved vaccines for the previous 30 years and found only 140 cases of cancer reported (Source).”

“That result is for 360 months (30 years), whereas the 837 cases following the experimental COVID-19 vaccines were reported in just 20 months, since the roll out of the COVID-19 shots beginning in December of 2020,” Shilhavy wrote.

“That is an increase of 10,661.4%!” he concluded.

Shilhavy, whose organization is located in Texas, also made note of the significant number of the cancer cases in the database that were of young people, from age 12 up through many young adults in their 20s.

Last October, a Swedish lab study found that the spike protein associated with the COVID-19 illness, and its experimental vaccines, enters the nucleus of cells and significantly interferes with DNA damage-repair functions, compromising a person’s adaptive immunity and perhaps encouraging the formation of cancer cells.

In March 2021, board-certified pathologist Dr. Ryan Cole reported that he was seeing a massive “uptick” in various autoimmune diseases and cancers in patients who have been COVID-vaccinated.

The deputy head of Taiwan defence ministry's research and development unit was found dead on Saturday morning in a hotel room, succumbing to a heart attack, according to the official Central News Agency.

Ou Yang Li-hsing, deputy head of the military-owned National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology (NCSIST), had died in a hotel room in southern Taiwan.

Authorities said 57-year-old Ou Yang died of a heart attack and the hotel room showed no sign of any 'intrusion', CNA said.

His family said he had a history of heart disease and had a cardiac stent, according to the report.

Ou Yang was on a business trip to the southern county of Pingtung and he had assumed the post early this year to supervise various missile production projects.

The military-owned body is working to more than double its yearly missile production capacity to close to 500 this year, as the island boosts its combat power amid what it sees as China's growing military threat.

Russian State TV: North Korea Offers Russia 100,000 ‘Volunteers’ To Fight War Against Ukraine In Exchange For Grain And Energy

Russian President Vladimir Putin is reportedly resorting to North Korean dictator Kim Jonh Un for military assistance in his invasion of Ukraine.

North Korea has agreed to send 100,000 soldiers to aid Russia in its war against Ukraine, according to Russian state TV.

“There are reports that 100,000 North Korean volunteers are prepared to come and take part in the conflict,” announced Igor Korotchenko, editor-in-chief of Russia’s National Defence journal on Rossiya 1 channel, the New York Post reported.”If North Korea expresses a desire to meet its international duty to fight against Ukrainian fascism, we should let them.”

Pressed on whether authoritarian North Korea, where total obedience to the government is required, has actual volunteers, Korotchenko praised the people of North Korea, noting they are “resilient and undemanding” and “motivated,” he said. “We shouldn’t be shy in accepting the hand extended to us by Kim Jong-un.”

“If North Korean volunteers with their artillery systems, wealth of experience with counter-battery warfare and large caliber multiple launch rocket systems, made in North Korea, want to participate in the conflict, well let’s give the green light to their volunteer impulse,” he said. “If North Korea expresses a desire to meet its international duty to fight against Ukrainian fascism, we should let them. It was the ‘sovereign right of the DPR and LPR to sign the relevant agreements.”

With approximately 1.8 million foot soldiers, 949 fighter jets, 6,000 tanks and 83 submarines, communist North Korea has one of the world’s largest armies in terms of manpower.

Korotchenko also indicated North Korea will deploy “builders” to repair war damage.

“Korean builders who are highly qualified, hardworking and ready to work in the most difficult conditions, will be very serious” role in repairing destroyed infrastructure in Ukraine’s eastern region Donbas.

Moscow is attempting to gain control of Donbas, a largely Russian-speaking territory comprised of Luhansk and Donetsk provinces, where pro-Moscow separatists seized territory after the Kremlin annexed Crimea to the south in 2014.

In exchange for soldiers and builders, Russia will supply grain and energy to alleviate food struggles in North Korea’s afflicted economy.

Russia’s military force is reportedly depleting after unsuccessful attempts to take critical parts of Ukraine, including the capital of Kyiv, over the past six months since the start of the war.

“An estimated 15,000 to 25,000 Russian soldiers have been killed since February 24th — an average of more than 100 per day,” the Economist reports.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is calling on Western countries to send more resources and weapons.

The Biden administration is slated to allocate a $1 billion security weapons package for Ukraine, including ammunition for long-range weapons and armored medical transport vehicles.

The new package would amount to a total of $63 billion in aid Biden has delivered to Ukraine since Russia began its invasion.

The package is expected to be announced as early as Monday, but Joe Biden had not yet signed the next weapons package, Reuters reports.

Zelenski withdraws hundreds of parliamentarians’ diplomatic passports for leaving Ukraine in the midst of the war

Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski has withdrawn more than 220 diplomatic passports, including those of several Ukrainian parliamentarians, for leaving the country in the midst of an armed conflict with Russia.

According to the Ukrainian news agency UNIAN, this measure comes after some of the beneficiaries of diplomatic passports have used official business trips to leave the country.

According to the aforementioned agency, citing sources from the Telegram channel 'Off the record', President Zelenski would have shown his anger for the trips of these parliamentarians, who would hide behind work matters to carry out leisure activities.

One of the most notorious cases is that of Nikolai Tischenko, a member of the ruling Servant of the People party, who traveled to the Czech Republic to attend a charity gala. The news quickly spread and the parliamentarian was severely criticized.

New CDC Study Claims Children and Teens with COVID are at Greater Risk for Blood Clots, Heart Problems, Kidney Failure, and Type 1 Diabetes – Did Not Include Vaccination Status in the Study

Now they’re trying to blame Covid-19 for kids with blood clots!

After three years of the pandemic, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has made the theatrical claim that young individuals who have had COVID are at greater risk for blood clots, heart problems, kidney failure, and Type 1 diabetes, according to a report released on Thursday.

The CDC compared 781,419 US children and adolescents aged 0–17 years with laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 (patients with COVID-19) to 2,344,257 US children and adolescents without recognized COVID-19 (patients without COVID-19) between March 1, 2020 and January 31, 2022 using a large medical claims database.

“Post–COVID-19 (post-COVID) symptoms and conditions* are new, recurring, or ongoing health problems that occur 4 or more weeks after infection with SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19),” the study stated. “Previous studies have characterized and estimated the incidence of post-COVID conditions among adults, but data among children and adolescents are limited.”

The researcher claimed that they found “increased incidence rates of several symptoms and conditions during the 31–365 days after a diagnosis of COVID-19 among children and adolescents aged 0–17 years.”

“The highest aHRs were associated with potentially serious conditions, such as acute pulmonary embolism, myocarditis and cardiomyopathy, venous thromboembolic event, acute and unspecified renal failure, and type 1 diabetes,” the study stated.

Take note that the vaccination status of patients was not included for this analysis. The question is how many of the kids and teens received the jab before the blood clots, heart disease, and other diseases showed up?

They found that young people who had been diagnosed with COVID were about two times more likely to experience a blood clot in the lung—and nearly two times more likely to experience myocarditis, inflammation of the heart muscle; cardiomyopathy, a disease that makes it more difficult for the heart to function correctly; or blood clots in veins—in the year following their illness.

They were also roughly 1.3 times as likely to experience kidney failure, as well as Type 1 diabetes, an autoimmune disorder that destroys the pancreas’s ability to make insulin, according to the study.

Post-COVID conditions—defined as new or recurring health problems that occur four or more weeks after COVID infection, also known as “long COVID”—are poorly understood. Myriad efforts are underway to elucidate the condition—or multiple conditions. But such studies focus predominantly on adults, not children, according to the CDC.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that children aged 5-11 have been contracting Covid at a higher rate if they have been fully vaccinated since February, which is the first time the agency recorded more vaccinated Covid cases than unvaccinated, according to data from CDC.

On Feb. 12, the CDC reported a weekly case rate among fully vaccinated children aged 5-11 of 250.02 per 100,000, compared to 245.82 among the unvaccinated children in the same age group.

Although the vaccines were billed as and promised to be ‘effective,’ they definitely aren’t living up to being anything close to it. Since February, the infection rate among vaccinated children 5-11 years old remained higher through June, which is the latest available data published – and things are trending in the wrong direction.
