A recently deleted photo merged two or more photos into one (collage) showing Hunter very close to young girl. that is SUGGESTIVE and there ILLEGAL. OP was banned for it, although ban was (or will be) lifted because seemed to be an innocent mistake.

Do not post Hunter and children together in any picture or collage - same for any suspected or convicted pedo.

if it is an important part of the message, ok to post a suspected pedo in a SEPARATE picture not interacting with children as long as the image of the children is legal. Just because a picture is posted on FB or Twitter, doesn't mean it's legal - use DISCERNMENT.
We are not moderating protected speech here.
We are be conservative in deciding what is illegal content.
If it's in the "gray area," will likely be considered illegal.
Because who knows how a court would rule in a case against a board like 8kun?
