You're helping a local mom & pop bar survive by just sharing a little wealth so they can keep a place ready for you to unwind at. Totally necessary. You could even open up a local brewery and supply all the bars so they can in turn share their wealth with you rather than give the community's hard earned money to other parts of the world.
