This is not arson, its a microwave laser weapon mounted on an airplane.
The people have no way of defense against this kind of tech except from God and space force.
The tech needs to be exposed.
Plane fags should be on this to see if helis or aircraft is in the area at the time.
Transponders would be off but worth a look anyway.
