As per report -
Officials said the cylinder contained 25 tonnes of chlorine destined for Djibouti. Ultimate destination who knows used for sanitation & disinfecting. It was used as a weapon in the Iran/Iraq war and Syria a number of years ago.
Looks like there were at least ten or twelve similar containers in the vid >>17107094
