Disagree; the only reason justice is being delayed is because justice cannot be served when the judiciary is itself corrupt. Until corrupt judges have been exposed and cleared out of the courts, it is not possible for justice to be served.
The effective rescue of a corrupt judiciary can only be achieved via due process or it will appear as partisan/authoritarian. Corruption first has to be exposed for all to see and only then can the remedy be applied. This takes time. What q refers to as "cleaning house" and "setting the stage". What would be the point in sidestepping the juducial process in order to rescue the judiciary?
