Yes, it looks that way. Earlier an anon posted that a war like that would kill lots of ppl (as they were trying with covid shot) and destroy all the evidence of their many crimes.
I think Russia/ Putin is on to them and I suspect NATO will eventually fall apart and Russia will take Lithuania and solve the Kaliningrad problem, but we'll see.
