Sometimes I have to recaptcha 10 times per board, thus giving me a new ID. Plus the captcha is a PIA, the disclaimer should be at bottom and all relevant controls should be together so one doesn't have to scroll or resize: the captcha label, the inputbox, submit button, and the checkbox
They should also not red text when you get it wrong as it shifts the page. Poor UI design choices.

Change the second lower-q back to upper, and it shows again.
Note that I hadn't actually tried this at YouTube, so thank you for helping me complete another test! :)
