My two cents:
The foreign bombshell would have to be Israel. No other country would elicit such a divisive response.
However,
Our track record isn’t too hot when it comes to ‘bombshells’ on a schedule. They tend to be underwhelming, or dissipate like a fart in the wind. In fact the only one I can recall that oberdelivered would be the Wikileaks’ podesta collection.
Guess time will tell.
