anons, got into a bit of a pickle health-wise
seems i managed to make myself allergic to vitamin d supplements and taking them causes my hands to develop disgusting rashes formed from tiny bubbles in the skin
to the point where hands feel like they are arthritic
vit d is in several supplements i have, as well as rice milk
stuck in a never-ending loop of going to doctors, naturopaths, etc. while throwing money down the toilet on different supplements
"leaky gut" has been mentioned (have a diagnosed gut disease since 1996 or so), but the stuff naturopaths suggest makes me sick also (theracumin, etc)
starting to feel like options are running out
constantly underweight these days and embarrassed about it
it's like a race to stay alive long enough to see some real payoff to this whole q experience
relocating to a year-round sunny climate seems more and more critical - have always been in new england with shit seasonal cycles
