Nowdays anybody can setup a "website" with a "pay through" account…
This can be automated… Account payouts can be automated…
Someone that knows what they're doing can create 100 dummy email accounts with a script, create 100 dummy paypal accounts… and then 100 dummy "Online Bank" accounts…
Easier than people realize to those that know how it can be done.
If I can think of how to do it… Someone else already has.
