This is happening everywhere. Its taking me 8 months for a forklift to be made.

 

The new scam is for companies to offer items that they don't have in stock but advertise them as in stock. They hold onto your money for 2-3-4 weeks before refunding you and telling you they don't have it.

Every major supplier does it, Walmart just did it to me on a filing cabinet I bought.

A lot of money can be made this way.

There books can be really manipulated and bloated.

Banks do it too but holding your deposited checks and make interest on holding it in a separate account, (this should be illegal), but immediately take out your money when you buy something.
