To my knowledge, there is no direction as to what to do in the Constitution. In addition, if all three branches fail, the Constitution would arguably be gone [some say it's been suspended since Lincoln]. The only solution, other than an independent military action, appears to be the trap set by President Trump via Executive Orders/Continuity Of Government/Devolution. What we see now, let's say with no prior planning by President Trump/White Hats, would be the end of the country as we know it. A military action would require acting on it's own, deposition of corrupt leadership, and seizing control. I don't believe that scenario is contained in the Constitution or any legal ruling, which is why I answered in the way I did.
