Whites used to populate vast swathes of the earth, (from mid-East & Egypt to East Asia, and even potentially the Americas), but began mixing their blood, and faded back towards their core, only to blast out and populate the world again..
..and now via mixing on the retreat again.
The Mayans and Inca have tales of fair haired 'giants' that predate later European colonisation by hundreds if not thousands of years.
