Wasn't Twitter running on Gov servers? They never turned a profit for a reason, considering a senior engineer only has to work 4 hours in 3 months and still receive full pay. I was right once again, said they were mostly bots, that they run private servers to organize their crimes, and that the censoring technology came from Wall st l where it was used to keep certain ethnic groups in power (Jews and a few Saudis).
