the judge was NOT expelled
they let him retire to
"'resolve the pending preliminary investigation"
a cover up for what they did not want made public
this happened locally with a crooked judge here
he was much a much lower level, but they protect themselves first
now if you look at his history
it just says
entered the bar
became judge
retired
the crimes were never investigated and he did not get disbarred
