"pushback allowed" - reestablishing trusted comms after an unexpected and extended break is no trivial task, if the equipment has been left unsecured (it has) and reauthentication protocol was not followed (none established ahead of time, to my knowledge).

"Zero" (proof) pushback (IS) allowed - if meant for us, is a good sign in my estimation. If meant for us, indicates the team understands our varied concerns about authenticity.
