Suggested targets for monitoring
Europe - early hours (0730 GMT onwards) is when the 2-reg planes start to sneak about. There are NATO exercises in Europe and they think that they can sneak away without being seen.
Eastern Europe - 2-reg planes and other spoopy ones seem to be heading further East - Croatia, Poland, etc. Watch for them going off-piste.
Washington DC and surrounding areas, watch for multipme Medevac helos with Police support. Just like these that I captured just now.
China/ Far East - Obongo may still try to sneak out to Malaysia/Inondesia/Thailand to try and get support., Watch for planes such as 2-CHIU out there.
Africa - Kenya, need I say more?
South America - Argentina, Chile and Ecuador, the places that do-badders ran to after WW2.

was flaky at 1600 and 1800 GMT. 'Blackouts may be necessary'. Maybe the helos I caught in DC are an operation in progress.
