I am looking for a score card on SCOTUS decisions with roll call/vote count by justice.
Also looking for justice by justice vote counts per decision.
I feel that Breyer's record will prove he did not exert effort to maintain the Constitution or the Rule of Law. Otherwise he'd be hailed and known as a Strict Constructionist instead of Justice Beige/Gray who silently existed.
