Was this done to “federalize” the bees and bee keeping businesses all across the USA ?
There are thousands of “do-it-yourselfers” that are making honey and raising bees in the process while also helping basically everything that grows to pollinate fruit/vegetable crops!
Is it inviting the Gestapo into your kitchen and work shed!
