ok going to summarize my theory:
the VOL pic was in Alaska on its coast, likely somewhere near the Aleutian islands. VOL(S) stands for Vertical Optical Landing System which is a asset on aircraft carriers, one being deployed around the Aleutian islands. the submarine picture lead us to an article about a submarine's anti-ship missile systems/technology being hacked by "China" (CABAL)
Somehow, a missile was fired into the sky near Washington state and flew towards Alaska
an anon says it couldn't be hacked so it might have been a defensive maneuver or it was deliberately fired by /NOTourguys/ when SOMEONE got a picture of it in the sky
we have yet to determine WHY this missile was fired but I think it was a test to see if it could be done
