Is it possible for hackers to plant extra targeting commands into a missile scheduled for a test launch? It has been proposed that they might have been testing a launch of the SM-3 from a sub. Could outside hackers have told it to target an aircraft?
This line of questioning is all speculation, but if we're vulnerable to that sort of thing, it needs to be fixed.
