They weren't specific but roughly 3 to 5 yr's ago. I think they've conducted experiments with UW sonic stuff in and around Puget Sound and the coast of Washington. Something is going on the sky and UW around these parts and the Navy ain't talking and my sailor friends say it's not wise to even ask.
