IMO, this is huge. Civilian GPS always transmits a skew that throws them off to some degree (military GPS isn't affected by the skew). The skew can be increased substantially if/when needed.

Disabling GPS for this time period is unprecedented over CONUS as far as I know.

Watch for ops out west.
