Looks good to me. If you look at the Skunk Bay photo which is CAM 2, you can't see Mt Baker because of clouds, but the missile is to the left of Baker which places it on a line that would put the launch site somewhere in Saratoga Passage or Skagit Bay. As for it being a rogue sub, nothing can come through the Straits (Juan de Fuca) and into the Sound without the Navy knowing about it whether it's a surface vessel or sub. There are radar, sonar, and passive listening posts all over. Unless the whole system was knocked out for quite a while the sub had to be one of ours. As for the locals not believing it, the ones I talked to were skeptical until they saw the pic and the source of the pic. We all agree on what it was and where it came from.
