I think they are involved, Jim is / was (ex?) military and I trust Jim. Maybe he never really left military,but did secret internet ops. He wouldn't be able to tell us anyway, and it's irrelevant. As I said I trust Jim. If someone doesn't, there would be no reason to be on his platform.
Of course they surely wouldn't get told when a post happens through private channels during an operation, but told some things in advance, like some markers. Like 1700 days after this. Or open TOR 1700 days after this happened or whatever.
