So a long-term, information-based campaign would need to be conducted by people who are very familiar with information warfare and how to direct entire populations to achieve positive results? Wouldn't they need to bring a population to the absolute precipice in order to have the necessary awakening effect? Could they then attempt to unite humanity by awakening our sense of shared humanity through some shocking revelation that would stun, repulse, and then ignite compassion in all who bear witness? As you say, we are moving in the right direction.
