Planefag & boatfag reports

For a long time, QR had a tradition of planefags/boatfags tracking the movements of key transports around the globe, especially military. When oss became the main arbiter of content, most of them left, along with many others who did regular reports such as Resignation Anon and Archive Anon.

We are trying now to revive that tradition. Bakers can help by routinely notabling those reports, which are helpful at all times but may become of critical importance if we ever - God forbid - get into a major global conflict. We won't be able to instantly manifest anons to track that info. Have to have systems in place all along.

Format something like this:
