"Such as" used in this context doesn not mean "IS" so it can be said that the simulation theory (hypothesis or w/e) isn't a computer simulation, though it can be. Thereby it does not necessarily mean that the simulation must be synthetic. Besides, who are we to know how God created this plane? We very much could be in a synthesized reality piloting our persons. If so then so be it. Who are we to question how God may have created everything? The posibility must be left open. Remember, we may not even exist to begin with.
