Having Rosenstein in place allowed Sessions to make up that ridiculous story about sitting at a table with a Russian during a dinner party. This was the perfect story to push the Russia narrative so that the leftist idiots would think Mueller was investigating POTUS the entire time. Mueller is and has been working for POTUS the entire time. There was no collusion or obstruction. Therefore, Sessions hasn't truly recused himself from anything. Mueller, Sessions, and Rosenstein are all working together and are about to drop the hammer as soon as POTUS says to.
