Wife anon and I catch this fairly often… Maybe once every day or two. Sometimes more than once.
It's very specific. And identically felt.
Right ear. Deafness, ringing, almost semi-disorienting… then background noise slowly rises back to normal levels as the ring fades.
One thing is for sure…
