The swastika is a power symbol; the power can be used for good or evil purposes, like fire; can cook a meal with it, or burn a house down.
Anon had a coworker from India, who drew the "ZZ" symbol on the hood of her car for good luck. Anon asked her about it back before anon knew the difference; she informed me that it was an ancient power symbol, and also that it was not the one the Nazis used.
Haven't really looked further than that so "hearsay", if I was to use it in a courtroom… :)
Also, in this case, it could easily be explained by "illiterate graffiti artist"…
