Here's how I see it. Who has the evidence? Who is controlling the FBI? Dir Wray. Who is Wray's boss? RR. Wray can't disobey his boss. How do we get rid of RR? Convince enough Rep's to impeach him. We do that by providing the proof he threaten other members of Congress.
