My diet is clean. All of my iron, mg, vit D, etc. are fine. It only happens when I try to sleep. They used to sleep deprive me by doing this for hours as I tried to sleep. They used to hit me with v2k but that's stopped for the moment. They induce dreams. I know this because I can see them (they reoccur). They've even shown me the lab where they create and structure the dreams. It's really surreal.
