Fifth, 2018, let the Dems win the House back (against all the odds) in order to put them in control of loony left wing policy-making and impeachments, while keeping the Senate red to prevent the worst policies ever becoming "law."

Sixth, 2020, run (another) rigged election and INSTALL Fake Joe Biden as president, (the real Joe wouldn't play along) Make this election look obviously rigged against Trump who is now "out in the cold" and therefore blameless when the shit finally hits the fan. His job now is to be, "Trump was right all along."

Seventh, let Fake Joe and the Dems bring all the (previously hidden) loony-left-wing policies out into the open and PRETEND to implement them so voters can see how bad for America they actually would be in practice. Get the WEF and the WHO to really push their (previously well hidden) policies on the world for all to see.

Eighth, make the economy look REALLY bad under Fake Joe, and make Fake Joe look like a total moron and make the Dems look like mega morons, spending "money" like it's just water pouring down a drain. Create food shortages, push up gas prices, push up inflation, push up interest rates, squeeze the economy to breaking point.

Nine, 2022/23, crash the world economy, blaming Covid and the Ukraine war for supply chain disruptions, when in fact the whole thing was planned years in advance. Now NCSWIC - the fiat monetary system has to be replaced, the US has to go back to manufacturing again, the world economy must be re-adjusted and all assets re-valued - and all Biden's fault. Even Dems now see that left wing policies don't work!! House and Senate turn red at Midterms. Or … (God forbid) House and Senate stay blue in Midterms dragging this out until a Trump victory in 2024 because not enough are awake yet (80% target?) and more time is needed to wake the die-hards up.

The Growing Availability of Signals Intelligence in the Public Domain

SIGINT, or signals intelligence, is intelligence gathered

from communications, electronics, or foreign instrumen-

tation1 and has traditionally been considered an inher-

ently governmental function. Historically, only govern-

ment had the financial means and the legal authority to conduct

SIGINT activities, and, in our experience, many members of

the U.S. government still hold this opinion today. We tested this

viewpoint by conducting a market scan to seek examples of how

new technologies, innovations, and behaviors are challenging the

existing government-only paradigm. We examined the breadth of

technologies available now and reported to be released in the near

future to understand the capabilities each provides, which audience

or market each serves, and what implications each may have for

government policy and practices.

This was an exploratory effort, rather than a comprehensive

research endeavor. We relied on unclassified and publicly avail-

able materials to find examples of capabilities that challenge the

government-only paradigm. We identified ways these capabilities

and trends may impact the U.S. government in terms of emerging

threats, policy implications, technology repercussions, human capi-

tal considerations, and financial effects. Finally, we identified areas

for future study for U.S. and allied government leaders to respond

to these changes.

During our market scan, we found examples of SIGINT

capabilities outside of government that are available to anyone. The

capabilities we found have applications in maritime domain aware-

ness; radio frequency (RF) spectrum mapping; eavesdropping, jam-

ming, and hijacking of satellite communications; and cyber surveil-

lance. Most of these capabilities are commercially available, many

are free, and some are illegal. In our view, the existence of both

legal and illegal markets and capabilities results in an environment

where SIGINT has been democratized, or available to anyone.

About the Authors

Cortney Weinbaumis a management scientist at the RAND Corpora-

tion. She has spent 14 years in the Intelligence Community and Department

of Defense improving policies, practices, and technologies. Previously, she

served as an intelligence officer and program manager developing radio

frequency and electromagnetic measurement and signature intelligence

(MASINT) collection systems.

Steven Berneris a senior engineer at the RAND Corporation. For nine

years he led RAND’s work for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency,

including developing a strategy and roadmap for NGA’s research and

development programs. Mr. Berner has over 40 years of experience in

satellite and aerospace programs addressing the overlap of technology,

policy, and national security.

Bruce McClintockis an adjunct policy analyst at the RAND Corporation

and a retired U.S. Air Force Brigadier General. He served as a special

assistant to the commander of Air Force Space Command and as the senior

defense official and defense attaché in the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, Rus-

sia. He is a command pilot with over 3,500 hours in 35 different aircraft

and experience with national security space operations.

What is military intelligence? Military intelligence is a field of military research that uses data collection and analysis approaches to provide guidance and guidance to assist commanders in their decisions. U.S. military intelligence usually comes from 3-letter agencies. However, the 3-letter agencies are subject to military bodies that are controlled by Potus and therefore have the ability to obtain military intelligence even without cooperation with the 3-letter agencies. For example: The NSA is governed by an DoD headed by a Secretary of Defense who is a high-level member of a cabinet that is directly subordinate to Potus. The F. B. I. and the C. I. A. are subordinate to the DNI, which is a high-level member of the cabinet that is directly subordinate to Potus.

Why is Potus bypassing the 3-letter agencies? The question should be the opposite: why are 3-letter agencies against Potus? Meaning: Mainstream media ((Mockingbird) (CIA)) News distributors vs. Potus. The FBI in conjunction with the DOJ are cooperating in a baseless case against Potus. The NSA in conjunction with Obama is spying on Trump (not yet proven). It is not possible to make the arrest of HRC and other corrupt officials with the help of 3-letter agencies when these are corrupt and colluding against Potus along with HRC and others, and to that end it uses the army and generals to make these arrests.

In what case does the Supreme Court allow the use of military intelligence versus agencies collected and approved by Congress? United States v. Reynolds 3 civilian observers and 6 of 9 crew members died as a result of the crash of an Air Force plane that was on a flight to test secret electronic equipment. The widows of the 3 civilian observers have filed a lawsuit seeking damages in federal court under FTCA. The widows demanded that a report be submitted relating to the crash,but the Air Force refused, saying the information in the report would seriously harm national security. Because of the government's failure to produce the documents, a deliberate ruling in favour of the plaintiffs was given by the Court of Cassation. The ruling was upheld by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. The U.S. Supreme Court overturned the decision and returned it to the Court of Cassation. A settlement was then reached with the widows, who received a cumulative 170,000 in exchange for a release of liability to the government. _____ The conclusion is that against any citizen suing a government/security body in the United States for a specific legal or illegal reason, the "state secrets" privilege can be used as a reason not to disclose incriminating information and if the person discloses the information themselves, they can be jailed for doing so.

The War Powers Resolution (also known as the 1973 Powers of War Resolution or War Powers Act) (50 USC ch. 33) is a federal law designed to test the power of the President of the United States to compel the United States to arm itself in a conflict without the consent of the U.S. Congress. To the United States Congress. It states that the president may invoke the armed forces of the United States to act only by a declaration of war by Congress,"statutory authorization," or in the event of "a national emergency at all attacking the United States, its territory or property, or its armed forces. The War Powers Resolution requires Potus to notify Congress within 48 hours of imposing military action and prohibits armed forces from staying longer than 60 days, with a further 30-day withdrawal period, without Congressional authorization for the use of military force ( AUMF) or a U.S. declaration of war. ____ The point is that if Congress objects to Potus then it cannot declare war if necessary so when Potus drains the swamp, it is likely to do so with secret military operations/commando forces and therefore drain the swamp will be secret

Overdoses Up 700% After Oregon Decriminalizes Hard Street Drugs. Officials Mystified.

In November 2020, Oregon voters approved ballot measure 110, making Oregon the first state in the nation to decriminalize the possession of hard drugs. M110 made the possession of personal use amounts of hard street drugs like heroin or meth punishable by a citation of up to $100, and directed funding to drug treatment programs. The voters bought the argument that the state could better disburse resources to treatment rather than prosecuting offenders criminally. In addition, the citation and fine could be waived if the offender called a hotline that would offer a “health assessment.”

Guess what happened next?

Officials at the Oregon Health Authority testified to legislative committees this week about the results of the program. It isn’t good. According to the Daily Mail:

Oregon’s first-in-the-nation scheme to decriminalize drugs and encourage those caught possessing them to seek medical help has been blighted with problems, officials admitted on Thursday – as one Republican politician said there had been a 700 percent in overdoses in her district in the last year.

Of the 1,885 people who got tickets in the first year of the program, only 91 called the hotline. Of those who called, only a handful had any interest in getting treatment.

According to an earlier report in January by Oregon Catalyst, of the 68 people who had called the hotline by that point, 49 expressed zero interest in getting help, and only 11 got connected to treatment services.

Eleven.

A report by OPB notes that the program comes with some hefty strings, with rural areas struggling to provide sufficient resources:

Under the measure, providers applying for funds in different regions of the state, in many cases by county, must jointly form “Behavioral Health Resource Networks.” Each network must provide a range of services that includes needs screening, intervention planning, low-barrier substance use treatment, peer support, housing services, harm reduction and supported employment.

And, providers must provide services in a way that aligns with the spirit of Measure 110. For example, services must be culturally competent, inclusive and low barrier. This means that programs can’t eject a patient for a single relapse, and that harm reduction services — such as overdose reversing drugs, fentanyl testing strips and clean syringes — should be available for people who are not ready to abstain from substance use. In some regions, a single provider serves as the entire network.
