>The fact that the courts never looked into Trumps cases when he was POTUS about what Trump was alleging, what does Trump think his AG can do in court that Trump could not?
It's easier for a court to dismiss a case brought on by Giuliani with typos in the filing than a case brought by the attorney General of the United States
Out of all the cases Trump brought, only like three of them had legs. The strongest was the case Ken Paxton of Texas brought that went to the supreme court. But Kavanaugh and Barrett (Trump picks) refused to hear it and voted with the Democrats and Roberts on denying it. Which was total hirseshit because it was a dispute amongst the states and the constitution explicitly says in black and white that the supreme court must regulate all disputes between the states. It's pretty much job number one for them per the constitution. Whatever, now Barrett and Kavanaugh can reap the rewards of telling Trump to fuck off as Biden and his justice department allows antifa to build tent cities outside their front doors
