Flapjack went AWOL and OSS turned into his own little Gestapo.
Fortunately their hubris resulted in them forgetting the BO needs to log in every 14 days or so. Flapjack didn't check in, Flint claimed the board and in accordance with policy, Jim W turned the board over.
So OSS cries because' his' board was 'stolen'… but it was he and his buddy's incompetence that caused the change in the first place.
