Places of God-worship are holy places, not for tax collecting, merchanting, and prostitution.
The main problem other religions have against Christianity is that idol (of man) worship is not allowed. So when you worship and put up statues of a White Jesus on the cross it sends a signal of indirect division. This is why the Muslim world does not allow artistic depictions of Muhammad for example. Not to mention Christians consider Jesus to be one and the same as God which other religions only consider as prophets. Even the Bible says the right side throne of God belongs to Jesus, not that they are the same.
Mainly an argument of vernacular and simple disagreements that are not worth killing each other over though.
