Concerning the why: Where do most of the crop circles originate? I am under the belief it's the USA, because I live there and that's where I hear about them most often.
If that's the case and the US has been run by the cabal for a long time, then why would the cabal need to blackmail/threaten what is essentially a cabal powerhouse.
