If they are outside of US “jurisdiction” then they are not afforded such rights.

If they are determined to be an enemy of state, can be renditioned without notice.

That is patriot act.

EO allows for indefinite seizure of assets without notice.

Another DOJ action last year allowed for expansion of seizure pretrial for US citizens.

Not sure what your angle is on this condescending enthusiasm, but yes. It is concerning and was noticed.

That said, I was personally pretty sure that I, along with others were destined to live out our days in some sort of “camp” where “legal” asset seizure would never be an issue so…
